Garden Hacienda:  Rates and Reservations

Garden Hacienda has a flat fee of $75 per night double occupancy, $15 per additional person.  The second home is available only in conjunction with the first one at a rate of $65 double occupancy, $15 per additional guest.  For weekly rentals it is $475 per week double occupancy for the main home, $75 per additional person per week.  For both houses, the rental rate is $750 for up to four guests, $50 per additional person.  Children under twelve stay for free.  For catering, a $30 per day (labor only, food extra) fee applies for three meals per day to include light housekeeping.  For occasional meals, guests can negotiate terms directly with the wife of the caretaker who provides this service.  Similarly laundry services can be negotiated directly with the caretaker.
